    Description

    This cutie is really in nice condition for her age.  She is 10-1/2" Vogue Jan, made in the late 1950s
    , vinyl
    with non-bending legs.  She is marked Vogue on her neck under her hair.  Her face paint is very nice and she still has most of her fingernail and toenail polish.  Her hair is rooted in a nice bubble cut.  Her body is in very good condition with some minor scuffs but no damage or staining that I can see.  Her red leotard is tagged Vogue Dolls Inc and is in excellent condition.  It closes in back with a snap.
    The high heeled shoes are a rare find and really fabulous on her!  I have never found others like these in this size.  They are unmarked red molded plastic and are a perfect fit.
    The skirt is hand made and the fabric used is vintage maybe 1950s.  It is nicely made with 3 tiers gathered and top stitched, plus a gathered waist with a waistband.  There is a muslin slip integrated at the waist.  There is no snap, possibly because the waist was a bit too small for Jan ... it was pinned on her.
