    RARE Swedish Home Guard Military Uniform Jacket 1945 Wool Three Crowns. Condition is "Used".
    DESCRIPTION & CONDITION
    This remarkable Swedish Home Guard uniform is stamped on the inner lining with the three Swedish crowns and 1944 as its issue year. While Sweden maintained its neutrality during WWII, the Home Guard was formed in 1940, soon after the war broke out, for local defense.
    Jacket is in amazing condition. No holes, stains, tears or funky smells. No signs of wear.  Front has 4 buttons with the three Swedish crowns.  4 pockets in the front.  2 large pockets in the back.  3 inside pockets.  Each collar has an insignia with crossed rifles, indicating Home Guard. It's very heavy grey wool. Please view all photos to truly appreciate the quality and condition of this rare piece of history.
