    1985-1988 Yamaha BW200 Rear Fender, White, NEW - USA
    Brand new, custom made to OEM specifications. Made in USA.
    Our manufacture vacuum forms all of our plastic. The sheet plastic is heated and pulled over a solid mold. After that, the air is vacuumed from the part. The plastic that is used is High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). It is the same plastic that is used by many injection molding plastic manufacturers.
    Please Note: The front fender does not have the vented louvers cut into the back of the fender. If you want more air flow you will have to use a dremel tool to open them up.
    Some plastic products that are produced do not come pre-drilled due to the variation in mounting hole locations on each individual vintage motocross bike. In order to get the proper fit on your motorcycle, please measure the mounting holes before drilling each hole. Easy to do, just wanted to make the buyer aware of this. No hardware is included.
