    Rare Original Wedding Gown
    1959 Tagged Vogue Lace Wedding Dress, #3281 Handmade Veil on 1957 10" Vogue Jill Walker Doll - 1957 Condition - Used
    This original Vogue wedding dress is the centerpiece.
    It is in excellent shape, in an ivory color, although it originally might have been white.
    The floral lace overlays a circular satin underskirt.
    The whole dress is completely lined.
    Lace trim adorns the neckline and sleeve cuffs, while a satin bow on the bodice adds the finishing touch for a charming wedding day look.
    There are a few tiny age spots on the satin underskirt.
    There are no rips, tears or other stains.
    Her veil is a recent handmade reproduction of the style of veil that accompanied this gown.
    It is circular, with an opening in the back to accommodate Jill's ponytail.
    The Doll is a bonus as she was loved a lot - She has but one earring, she has loose legs and arms, her knees do not bend, and she has residual glue marks around her neck.
    However, Jill has a sweet face, with original painted features.
    Her hair is still in fairly good shape, held back in a ponytail with a replaced ribbon.
    Her eyes open and close easily when laid down.
    She is a lovely "mannequin" to display this outstanding, rare wedding dress.
    Note: She cannot stand on her own, and has no shoes.
